Maybe FF took that system from this game. Also the plot of catching monsters and using them in battle with only 2 main characters, smells a lil bit like FFXIII-2 to me.

While Emil, Marta & the monsters can go through all the way till 99. I don't know why, but they are capped at 50. You get every party members from the previous game, but they can passed through lvl 50. Only 2 main characters can Level up? That's just crazy. While Marta, showing his affection towards Emil in a very extreme way, although it seems to cease towards the end of the game. Emil is a weak minded boy, so while playing this game, i sometimes find myself really angry with Emil for his undecisiveness. Minus point: - The plot is not that bad, but the characters of Emil and Marta aren't exactly what i called "loveable". Very good, considering the map is the same with previous game, with nothing new to see anymore. No world map exploring anymore! You can go straight to the city or town u want, or dungeons, or whatever, with a click od a button. You will get every characters from the previous game as your party member, which is awesome. Returning characters from the previous series. So it pretty much has a better graphics, and also 60 fps for the game, making everything moves smoothly.

Plus point: - While this is a classic RPG, the game was in Wii. And after meeting Richter and Marta, his life changed forever. While everybody's praising Lloyd for saving the world, Emil lives his life hating Lloyd. Our hero, Emil, is a weak minded boy whose parents was killed by Lloyd Irving in the event of "Blood Purge" in Palmacosta. The world is still pretty much in a chaos. People from Te'thealla have more advanced technology than the Sylvarants, so they look down on them. The story starts 2 years after Lloyd and his companions saved the world, and making Te'thealla and Sylvarant into one world. The sequel to the famous Tales of Symphonia, but too bad that it couldn't live up to the name. The story starts Finished this game a week ago.

Maybe part of the reason I wasn't disappointed with it not being all that Symphonia.) … Expandįinished this game a week ago. (Yes, I liked this more than the original Symphonia. Overall I actually enjoyed this the 2nd most after Xillia, about on par with Abyss and Xillia 2.

My primary attraction point to the Tales series is the skits. Still, the final story & antagonist is pretty good and it has the best (funniest) skits in the series (I know Phantasia, Symphonia1+2, Abyss, Vesperia, Graces, Xillia1+2, Zestiria and Berseria). Another problem is that the inbetween story and antagonists were cut short and are pretty undeveloped. Probably because they mismarketed it as Symphonia 2, but then made all the Symphonia 1 characters side characters that only visit the party. Probably because they mismarketed it as Symphonia 2, but then made all the Symphonia 1 This game has an undeservedly bad reputation.
